Alastair Macnab Architects were appointed to carry out a feasibility study, prepare an outline design and planning application for development of a constrained site in Andersonstown. The approved scheme provides eleven two bed apartments, one, one bed apartment, an access road, sufficient parking and hard and soft landscaping. The three storey apartment blocks are positioned to maximise the use of the site, maintain the building line (along Andersonstown Road) and respond to the layout of the adjacent two storey properties. The layout also provides attractive public and private spaces between and around the blocks.
