A new restaurant for Burger King, this project involved the fit-out of the ground and first floors of a Grade 2 listed Victorian building in Leeds. The project provides customer seating on two floors; a kitchen, a servery; a manager’s office; customer, disabled and staff toilets and other ancillary accommodation. In addition the work required the design and installation of a new staircase (between the ground and first floor), the restoration of a listed stone spiral staircase (between the ground and fourth floor) and the design and installation of extract flues and lead flashings at roof level.
