Located on the edge of Comber, Co. Down, this project involved extensions to a 1960’s house to provide an enlarged entrance hall, a utility room and a ground floor toilet.
The design complements the original 60’s house with its flat roof and large rectangular windows.
The projecting flat roof (to the hall extension) provides shelter and shields the south facing windows from the sun.
The roof with the large windows also helps to create a comfortable and inviting entrance space.
