Located in a Belfast suburb, this project explored the development potential of a large site bounded to the north by a stream, to the south by a public road and to the east and west by the gardens of adjacent residences.
Options for development included: erection of two (3 to 4 bed) semi-detached houses, erection of two (4-5 bed) detached houses complete with attached garages and erection of an apartment block complete with gatehouse.
In each option the houses and apartments are positioned to provide a good aspect, a suitable level of privacy and sufficient parking.
Careful consideration was also taken to limit overlooking of adjacent properties.
